Heather is originally from New Jersey. Working with CPG companies such as Meow Mix, Hartz Mountain and Safilo USA Heather learned the ropes in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Logistics. The experience of working in the corporate world and going thru the joys and pains of a start up then leveraged buy out gives Heather a unique perspective on the needs of both the clients and candidates.

After moving to North Carolina in 2007 Heather transitioned into recruiting and has found success placing exceptional talent with great companies. Areas of focus are pharmaceutical, medical device and technology having placed everyone from chemists to sales and marketing.
