Jill hails from upstate New York and graduated Cum Laude from the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. With five years of head hunting experience under her belt, she partnered with The Wellington Group as an Executive Recruiter. Holding a background in Production and Operations Management, she is concentrating on establishing high quality recruitment systems and standard operating procedures to help augment the talent delivery for some of the world’s fastest growing companies.
