Lisa has over 15 years experience with a combined background as a Human Capital Consultant and Human Resources practitioner. Lisa brings her experience of defining people strategies, networking labor markets and identifying candidate criteria to the Recruitment arena. Her background of working on the “inside” makes her valuable to clients and candidates, from understanding corporate cultures and business transitions (ie mergers, start-ups), to having a depth of knowledge in staffing processes and interviewing techniques. With this experience Lisa focuses on helping clients achieve their talent acquisition goals not only in speed, but in quality of candidates presented and in finding the “best fit”.

Industries Lisa focuses on include Medical Technologies, Pharmaceutical, Energy and Utilities, Architectural/Engineering and Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals. She was a key member of the team staffing an Agricultural Biotech company in RTP, NC and has worked with start-up companies to find them the talent they need for success. Lisa grew up in Ohio and currently resides in Raleigh, NC. She received her MBA from the University of Michigan and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.
