Wilmington, N.C. (March, 2010) Jill Harrington of The Wellington Group (TWG) presented to a group of 80 Business School Students at her Alma Mater – Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington on Wednesday.  Jill’s presentation was part of the 2010 Business Week series at UNC Wilmington.

The presentation “Tricks of the Trade: A Recruiters Guide to Getting a Job” was focused on assisting soon to be Degree holding Entry Level job seekers with their career searches.  Topics covered included social networking do’s and don’ts, what to include and not include in an entry level resume, and the importance of following up on leads.

As a Cameron School of business class of 2004 graduate – Jill has had firsthand experience in finding that first role after receiving a degree and was thrilled to have the opportunity to help these students through the process.
