Product Training Manager – Allergy

The Product Training Manager is responsible supporting the goals of the Commercial Team by training and educating existing and new clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide training and product in-service for new and existing clients
- Respond to customer requests for technical information
- Medical Affairs liaison to customers
- Point of contact for customer inquiries about Immunotherapy
- Provide technical training for Greer Sales and Customer Service teams
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback regarding product simplification and standardization to enhance profitability of sales line
- Catalog and manage clinical studies and technical data
The qualified candidate will have:
- Degree in the Medical Professional area (Nursing, Pharmacy, MPH)
- Experience in Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to understand and adapt to customers’ changing needs
- Attend Annual Allergy Association meetings
- Able to travel extensively to meet customer demand and association events and annual meetings
