Product Training Manager – Allergy

The Product Training Manager is responsible supporting the goals of the Commercial Team by training and educating existing and new clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide training and product in-service for new and existing clients
  • Respond to customer requests for technical information
  • Medical Affairs liaison to customers
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries about Immunotherapy
  • Provide technical training for Greer Sales and Customer Service teams
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback regarding product simplification and standardization to enhance profitability of sales line
  • Catalog and manage clinical studies and technical data

 The qualified candidate will have:

  • Degree in the Medical Professional area (Nursing, Pharmacy, MPH)
  • Experience in Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and adapt to customers’ changing needs
  • Attend Annual Allergy Association meetings
  • Able to travel extensively to meet customer demand and association events and annual meetings
