Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for administering the buying strategies for several product categories
  • Commodities, goods and services strategic buys
  • Compliance to company policies and quality measures with category food and commodity buying

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Two years experience in a buyers role
  • Restaurant industry, QSR or foodservice distribution experience
  • 4-year degree required
  • Ability to work in a team environment across functional responsibilities
  • Very strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a strong business acumen
