The Project Director will directly manage the research and development of new psychological assessments and software programs. The positions involves collaboration with authors to conceptualize, schedule, and execute test development plans that result in psychological assessments that have strong reliability, validity, and normative characteristics, and that also result in highly marketable and profitable products. The Project Director is directly involved in the management of research databases, and they perform the statistical analyses involved in product development. The position is also directly involved in the technical writing, editing, and preparation of product manuals, test forms, and other components.
