The position is required to provide thought leadership and management in the areas of quality control, analytical chemistry, raw materials, in-process samples and finished goods testing and may provide oversight of microbiology labs and analysts.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight and management of all quality control personnel and laboratories
• Mentoring, training and leadership of a large and diverse QC group
• Ensure company compliance to internal, national and international standards

The qualified candidate will have:

• BS in Chemistry or equivalent, advanced degree is preferred
• Working experience of 10 years or more
• Experience working in an aseptic or sterile based manufacturing facility
• Biologics, biotechnology or pharmaceutical QC Management experience is required
• Proven capability to lead mid to large size teams
• Exposure to multiple-product site production is preferred
• Laboratory management with 5+ years hands on experience is ideal
